Steven Webb
Managing Partner - Cybersecurity
Steven has worked as a consultant for over 20 years, overseeing business units and successfully completing numerous client projects. The majority of this work has been in aerospace, defence and security.
Security assignments cover cybersecurity, surveillance and public safety. Steven also has considerable knowledge of downstream security markets including commercial aerospace, space systems, transportation, smart cities and industrial processes.
At Westlands Advisory he is responsible for cybersecurity which includes management of data, creation of insights, and engagement with the cybersecurity industry. He has delivered projects related to pricing strategy, cybersecurity architectures, OT cybersecurity market segmentation, partner and network expansion, and horizon scanning.
Steven brings a diverse range of skills and knowledge to client engagements and has an exemplary record of customer satisfaction. Positive, creative and customer centric, he relishes a challenge.
Outside of work he spends his spare time trying to keep active, playing the guitar and following a variety of sports.
Anthony Leather
Managing Partner - Government & Physical Security
Anthony has over 15 years of security industry experience which includes both strategic and operational roles. He has delivered a range of complex projects to both industry and government.
Anthony is adept at delivering highly valuable insights to support strategic decisions, blending his wide industry expertise with his operational experience. He has travelled extensively, gaining insights into different countries and developing a global network of security professionals.
He is a thought leader on a range of subjects spanning technology, operations, services and industries, enabling him to articulate how the security industry will continue to evolve as politics, threats and technology change. Anthony is able to apply his knowledge and strategy skills to help organisations evaluate risk and opportunity.
He is a highly sought industry speaker, delivering presentations at numerous global conferences including Milipol, IFSEC, Critical Communications World and has appeared in the media across a range of security issues on BBC, Bloomberg and CNN.
Anthony holds an MA in International Peace and Security from Kings College London and outside of work he enjoys travelling, watching England play rugby and spending time back in Sussex.
